Congratulations to our Shift Leaders, Assistants and Department Managers who attended 3 days of Department Leader in Me training. These classes provided experiential learning activities to identify personal leadership capabilities and explored each participants individual leadership presence and the foundations of their leadership. This is just the beginning of expanding your leadership skills!
