Do you experience headaches or dry eyes from digital strain? Most people use screens one way or another. Work, school, free time mainly require screen usage. There are many ways to prevent or lessen the side effects of digital strain! We offer anti-glare coatings (that can also include blue light protection) on lenses that significantly help strain. If you are not interested in an anti-glare, a blue light protection coating can help too! A good rule of thumb is for every 20 minutes on screen, take 20 seconds and focus on something 20 feet away. Stay safe and be mindful!
