She specializes in working with individuals ages 16–30 who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and major life transitions, offering care that is both grounded and compassionate.

Brianna’s approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. She creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, build emotional resilience, and develop practical tools for lasting change.
