🦃Don’t be that person who waits for the New Year! It’s 6ish weeks until Turkey Day, so set the tone now because that’s plenty of time for CHANGE! I want to share with you some of the “Best in Class” practices when taking on the Challenge that we’ve accumulated over time. Consider these next points before signing up:

1️⃣You need to anticipate dedicating 7-10 hours a week towards the program. Half of those hours are for moving your body and the other half is for food planning, prepping, cooking, & eating.
2️⃣Consider being sober for the 6 Week duration.
3️⃣Regardless of the type of workout or the duration you choose, it’s your commitment to getting it done 5 days a week that matters.
4️⃣Come to the program open-minded. It is a temporary but effective plan to follow that has an end date. Write it on your calendar and visualize your goal, so you can give me your best for 6 weeks.
5️⃣Change can make us uncomfortable but it can also change your life. Lean into how you’re feeling and be able to communicate that with your coach, who’s there to support you and make adjustments, if necessary or needed.

🔚 And with all that being said, have we had people drink on the plan and still lose 30 pounds? Yes. Have we had people not workout at all and still lose? Yes. These are all subjective suggestions for maximum weight loss results. The biggest thing to know is that this is YOUR journey and how you plan to show up is how you should plan to finish. So, let’s finish this year challenged and changed.
