Kailin Chio is a sophomore on the LSU Gymnastics team and is majoring in Kinesiology with plans to pursue a career as an orthopedic surgeon. During her freshman year, she earned SEC Freshman of the Year and continues to build on that success this season! Outside of gymnastics, Kailin enjoys shopping, watching all kinds of sports, spending time with friends, and catching up on some well-deserved sleep. She's excited to share one of her favorite flavor combinations with you!

Kelvin is going into his 4th year on the LSU Cheerleading team, and loves coming to visit Tiger Nutrition each week! Kelvin is a Kinesiology Pre-Med major and plans on attending nursing school to become a Trauma ICU nurse. His goal is to spread love, positivity, kindness, and confidence to everyone he crosses consistently giving off BADDIE ENERGY E=

Alyona Shchennikova just finished her 6th season as an LSU gymnast and always enjoyed her daily visits to Tiger Nutrition! She is a proud member of the 2024 National Championship team. As a first-generation graduate student in her family, she recently earned a Master’s degree in Leadership and Human Resources. Her passion lies in coaching, and her goal is to become a Division I college gymnastics coach where she can motivate, mentor, and inspire the next generation of gymnasts!
