When swaying, players typically load the trail side of the body, therefore making the trail knee bend to brace for the weight.

{Follow through}
Figuring out ways to turn through impact. Most people complain about how inflexible they are but there is mechanisms in the swing to make turning easier. Most people are capable of turning enough but learning HOW to turn is equally important.

Using the lead foot flare allows the lead side to turn through easier and can reduce a lot of hand action through impact.
