Position – Sales Rep / Recruiter

Location – St. Charles, IL

Salary – $50,000- $52,000 per year

Job Responsibilities:
o Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
o Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.
o Qualify and dispatch temporary employees, assist applicants with the employment process, and help process payroll for completed work assignments.
o Ensure all orders and services are filled appropriately.
o Maintain and update employee files and client records.
o Filing timely reports when necessary
o Interact regularly with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services.
o Identify and establish contact with potential customers.
o Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
o At least 1 year experience in recruitment/employment coordination responsibility or equivalent sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
o Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
o Ability to work on a team in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
o Honest and ethical team player.
o Ability to learn and work with new computer programs.
o Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some holidays as required.

Work Environment:
o Office environment accessible to clients, job candidates and the public.
o Frequently required to visit distribution, delivery, warehouse and manufacturing and industrial buildings.
o May require walking construction sites and warehouses.
