Did you know I draw all of my stickers? No AI, EVER! Anything I haven’t drawn was purchased by other artists and I’m slowly replacing them with my own!

I can’t reverse what I’ve done to my spine, but I can slow it down! After two months of physical therapy I’ve changed a lot in my life. Drinking water, electrolytes, protein and even how I stand! Don’t forget pillows on pillows on pillows! We call it my princess throne 👑

My body has a hard time keeping itself together- literally. My muscles are actively engaged helping keep my joints in their sockets and it is exhausting. My spine specialist appointment is next week and I cannot wait to see what comes next!

Don’t wait until it’s too late, start your healthy habits now! I highly recommend lazy glasses 🤣 they’re ridiculous and amazing! Mine clip onto my regular glasses and they make traction, laying flat or doomscrolling so much more comfortable!

Now go forth! Drink water and apply your arctic armor! The patriarchy won’t smash itself 😝

Add a big jug of electrolytes and protein, some Gilmore girls and that’s my routine! After some time I switch to my heated blanket and just wrap up in the princess throne. Some days hurt more than others, but having fun with naming it Arctic Armor makes it much more tolerable! I can’t wait to meet my spine specialist in a few weeks and find out what is going on and how we can fix it! Until I continue to take it easy & try not to break everything more. 😆

The results of my MRI are in! The Dr. suspected a rotator cuff tear, my pt suspected neck issues. All I knew is it fu***ng hurt!

MRI shows an “unremarkable” left shoulder. That means it’s perfect, like me 🤣 no tear, no bone spurs, no inflammation. My neck however, is fu**ed. Bone spurs, arthritis, scoliosis, bulging discs and pinched nerves. I said “so not the mri of a 38 year old?” And he replied “more like 60-70”. 👵

Next steps will be continue PT and epidural cortisone shots (along with deep diving).
