Flow Masonry is coming to Vibe Tribe in Bastrop! A wonderful whimsical indoor location to unleash this unique next level flow art. Flow Masonry is a gambit of leg poi variations to enhance integrative dance with fitness. Combining cardio, leg & buttock calisthenics with the flow of rhythm and coordination to create a smooth function of meditative movement. Flow Masonry is designed as a body/mind/spirit fitness tool. I'm excited to share this experience with others, although it does take time & patience to learn the movements that develop over time into a fluid ex*****on of muscle memory magic!
