APEX Training Studio

We would like to take a moment to introduce you to Roger, a new member of our team!

Roger has been a part of APEX Training for a while now through his late wife Bridget, and they are a big part of our family! He comes to us to help us offer a teen and kids, sports and activity camp and will begin taking evening personal training clients this Summer!

Roger is currently the Senior Program Director with the YMCA located in Austin. He has experience coaching and working with children in a variety of sports but got his start coaching basketball. Roger has also worked as a lifeguard and swim instructor with the YMCA and has been coaching children since 2002.

Roger believes greatly in organized sports for children and the strong impact it can have on their personal development. He has even partnered with the PCA (Positive Coaching Alliance) to provide training to coaches and sports volunteers to educate them on the importance of their impact on their kids.

We are beyond excited to welcome Roger OFFICIALLY to the team at APEX, and if you have interest in one of our new programs, or his availability for personal training please reach out via DM.
