TCS would like to celebrate an incredible milestone for the graduating class of the UA Local 286 Plumbers & Pipefitters Apprenticeship Program this year!

Completing a union apprenticeship is no small feat. Over the course of five years, apprentices balance full-time work in the field while dedicating countless hours to classroom instruction and hands-on training. It takes commitment, perseverance, sacrifice, and an unwavering desire to build a meaningful career in the skilled trades.

These graduates have earned more than a title; they have earned the respect that comes with becoming highly trained craft professionals and the opportunity to carry on the proud tradition of excellence within our industry.

Another incredible Alive After Five is in the books! 🤠✨

Every June, TCS Mechanical is honored to sponsor and host the Bastrop Chamber’s Alive After Five networking event, and this year was no exception. We want to extend our gratitude to all of the Chamber members, business leaders, community partners, and friends who joined us for an evening of connection, conversation, and community.

One of the most rewarding parts of this event is seeing the familiar faces who continue to support us year after year. Your dedication to strengthening our local business community does not go unnoticed. We are equally grateful for the new faces who chose to spend their evening with TCS for the very first time—we hope you felt welcomed and left with new connections and opportunities.

TCS Mechanical was proud to help sponsor the Women Build America event at Cedar Creek High School with lunch and supplies! 💙🔨 We want to give a shout out to our apprentice, Izzy, for working with the students today!

This incredible event, hosted by Roscoe Bank and Corner Stone Lending, gave young women the opportunity to explore the skilled trades through hands-on carpentry activities that showcased both creativity and craftsmanship. From learning new skills to building confidence, these students represented the future of our industry in the best way possible.

At TCS, we believe the trades are for everyone, and we are committed to supporting and encouraging women in construction every chance we get. Thank you to everyone who helped make this event such a success, we’re proud of these young ladies who stepped out of their comfort zone and learned new skills! 👷‍♀️✨

TCS Mechanical is proud to support our youth at the recent Bastrop & Smithville livestock shows! Watching these students grow through their ag programs is something we truly believe in. The responsibility, ownership, and real-world skills they develop will carry with them for the rest of their lives.

From early mornings and late nights caring for their animals, to confidently speaking with buyers and navigating challenges along the way, these students are building character, resilience, and respect. That’s exactly why TCS is so passionate about supporting the next generation.
