🏡 BREAKING NEWS for VA LOANS 🏡
The U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs lending rules currently prevent buyers using a VA loan from compensating their agents, even if they have the funds to do so. On Tuesday the USDVA signaled it will SUSPEND these rules blocking Veterans from paying agents when buying homes. This TEMPORARY RULE, in response to the swift changes happening in the real estate industry, could be in place for the next 2 years or until revised rules are written.
