One of the smartest things you can do before starting your home search is figure out your must haves versus your 'nice to haves.'

Your must haves are the things you truly can’t live without like location, number of bedrooms, or a backyard for the kids or dogs. 'Nice to haves' are the bonus features that would be amazing, but aren’t deal breakers.
Knowing the difference helps you stay focused, avoid overwhelm, and make confident decisions when the right home comes along 🤍

So...sit down, grab a pen and paper, and write two columns and fill them in! if you have partner, have them do it too and see if you both come up with the same lists. it can be an eye opener! 🧐
