On October 16th, our team gathered in North Carolina to celebrate the Charlotte Business Journal’s 12th annual Heavy Hitters Commercial Real Estate Awards. The Silverman Group won the Top Warehouse/Distribution Development Award for 85 North Logistics Center, our 2.5 million SF fulfillment and store replenishment center for Macy’s Retail Holdings, Inc. in China Grove, NC.
