We met a man who had recently lost his wife.

With one straightforward improvement it became a 4 bedroom. His buyer pool doubled. His value increased significantly. Something he had no idea was even possible.

We brought in a painter to freshen the home, staged it to show its full potential, and helped him clear out a lifetime of belongings so buyers could see what we already saw.

9 days after listing we had an above asking price offer from a qualified buyer who was genuinely excited to call it home.

When our seller saw the finished home before it went live, we could feel the weight lift off of him. The transformation from how he had been living in that space to what it had become was night and day. He told us he had no idea we would be this hands on. That we would fight this hard for him.

That is exactly why we do this.
