What actually causes distractions for students and teachers?
Bella Heffley set out to answer that question through her research with the Bobcat Research Institute. Her project explored real factors like cell phone proximity and whether eating breakfast impacts focus, collecting data and drawing conclusions that connect directly to everyday life.
This is a great example of students engaging in meaningful, real-world research and sharing insights that matter.

Our students aren’t just learning, they’re leading!
Keaton Walker is here to talk about her project that she has been working on this semester with Easton Bosley and Isabel Eisman.
They've worked together to ELC by teaching art to younger students, turning creativity into connection and real-world impact. Experiences like this show what happens when students are allowed to apply their skills beyond their own classroom.
