Meet RFL Academy 2025 participant, Nichole O’Neil!

Nichole grew up in Virginia and graduated from Virginia Tech University with a B.A. in Communications. In early 2021, she relocated to the Roaring Fork Valley where she works remotely as a management consultant for Accenture. Outside the office, she serves on the board of HeadQuarters and the Carbondale Arts Gallery Committee. Nichole enjoys being active in nature, being near water, yoga, writing, painting, travel, learning, and meeting new people. At RFL, she is excited to grow her leadership skills and learn about being an effective leader in the community.

HeadQuarters formally known as Aspen Strong Foundation is a local non-profit in the valley to help provide tools and resources for all things mental health!
