Living Large In A Small House

For all my local friends we are having a garage sale today and tomorrow. Vintage, Antiques, fabric, desk, chairs, college bedding, home decor, lamps, pendent, faucets including a pot filler.

For years our family of five lived in just over 1,300 square feet. At times it felt cozy, at times a little crowded, but looking back I wouldn’t change a thing. That little house held school mornings, holidays around the table, late night talks, and so many everyday moments that became memories.

Now that our kids are grown, our home finally feels exactly right. And it’s made me realize something… living large has very little to do with square footage.

More and more people are choosing smaller homes, not because they have to, but because they want a simpler life, less maintenance, and a home that truly fits the season they’re in.
