Amazon disrupted the industry because it changed the way people shopped. But it COLLIDED when it changed how people shop for electronics, and clothing and became the biggest retailer in the world.

Here's a great quote: “Collision, unlike disruption, involves more than introducing a technological innovation or revamping the business model or customer value proposition - it’s about the emergence of an entirely different kind of company.”
