It’s officially 2026, and our office is back in full swing after the holiday hustle. That can only mean one thing — Business License Renewal Time!

⏰ Please be sure to renew your business license by March 31 to avoid any late penalties.

UPDATE: This application is withdrawn at this time, pending a modification by the applicant. Once a new application is received, a new post will be created with the new hearing dates. The new dates will NOT be in January 2026.

Rezoning Request: Chapel Mill Industrial LLC has applied to rezone 691.12 acres from AR to a mix of M2 and C2 for an industrial park. This property is located along High Falls Park Road, English Road, City Pond Road, and Chappell Mill Road. The planning commission will host the first public hearing on November 6th at 6 pm and the Board of Commissioners will host the second public hearing on November 18th at 6 pm.
