I am in awe of how EMDR works.. Ive personally been witnessing transformations right in front of my eyes..

Most researched-evidence based therapy out there.. Non medical.. Non medicated healing.. The brain healing the brain ⭐️

I am so blown away by the outpouring of support & requests from people wanting to begin EMDR therapy with me.. I successfully enrolled several individuals this week and completed stage one for all of them. Two men, one female & two teenagers. Next week: the processing. That’s when the magic starts🤞🤞

Words can’t capture how honored I am that the people that I work with trust me enough to jump in a boat with me with no guarantees of the outcome.. That is the foundation of vulnerability and in my opinion, solid & tangible proof for so many of them that they are already healing..

I literally can not wait to get to the next phase, but am 💯 committed to respecting the process and following the flow 🙏
