Tile with Style

Been too long since I've posted so I've got a bunch of pics to upload when I get some spare time. Here's one I built recently though and am finishing up.

Curbless shower with an ultra premium shower valve system that includes body sprayers, mist sprayers, waterfall and rain heads along with the regular showerhead and handheld. Shower is all natural stone (cultured stone curb material). There are 2 custom niches with cultured stone shelves. The main shower valve is in a short wall near the shower entry.

Main floor is 12"x24" porcelain on a running brick pattern. Next steps are mounting the tub fill, setting the toilet and vanity, final drywall patches, paint, hang mirrors, towel bars, etc. Then it's on to the next one!

Check back later for a photo dump of what I've been keeping busy with. There are some gems. Stopped posting for a bit because I couldn't take on anymore work! I don't like to book more than 2 months in advance unless it's a 'when you can get to it' agreement.

Just wrapped up a 1300 sf floor using 2'x4' thin porcelain tile. Attention to detail paid off tiling to the stone fireplace (last pic) and I also customized those 2 white transitions to meet up to the higher floors. Nice being able to do things like that. This one came with another great customer that absolutely loves his new floor. Originally, the areas ticked did consist of tile in the dining and kitchen area, carpet and wood. Of course the floor had its squeaks so they were remedied before prep, damaged subfloor replaced and extra screws put in it (they originally used those 2" staples). Not a single squeak or anything like that remains. It's an extremely quiet floor! Like everything I install, it comes with a warranty. I'm happy with it and so it the customer. Economy shower. Nothing crazy but it definitely looks best when it's done right! Nice, flat, consistent. I tile the economy showers with the same pride as premium showers and that's as if it was going in my own home.
