If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you have always had!

Each one of us has the potential to be great inside of us. But this path is never easy. You have to step out of your comfort zone, but I want you to get excited about being uncomfortable.

Become aware when you feel uncomfortable. This feeling tells you your doing something different.

I encourage you to lean into that feeling. When you come out the other side you will be a better more experienced person!

Be well everyone and get excited about being uncomfortable!
