Following up on yesterday’s post about Perfectionism. This is my quilt “I AM NOT PERFECT AND THAT IS OK”
All the comments are fabulous. Everyone has their own degree of what is perfect.
Done is perfect.
Close enough is perfect.
Mastering a technique to the best of your ability is perfect.
Striving for perfect is perfect.
Or even if nothing matches …that’s perfect.
Perfect is whatever is good enough for YOU…
And that is OK!
The point is & was… and always will be… create with JOY. 😊
Thanks for all your beautiful comments on the subject. I know sometimes we get caught up on old language in our heads about doing it right, don’t waste, making mistakes etc… just remember. That upside down block isn’t going to hurt anyone. It just made your quilt more interesting. 👍🏻 quilts in the future will talk for hours about your lovely addition. 😊
