Hey Loves,

Go ahead and mark those calendars for the rest of the year—circle meets on the last Tuesday of every month! Thanks for being patient and consistent as I took my time committing to this rhythm.

These monthly ceremonies are an opportunity to pause, reflect, witness, share, grieve, celebrate, and offer prayer, all within a loving community setting.

The main intentions for holding this space are

🌀to honor the transitions that we move through as womb bearers, from menarche to menopause and everything in between.

🌀to restore the lost threads of intergenerational connection by inviting women of all ages and life stages to share lived wisdom.

🌀to remember our belonging to the earth through cultivating greater awareness of our land based environments and an understanding of how the seasonal shifts are reflected within our lives.

🌀to honor our shared humanity and the fullness of what it means to be alive, and to cultivate a space where we are encouraged to show up exactly as we are, even when we’re not okay.

🌀to recognize our impact and our responsibility as a part of the collective and to offer a prayer of peace and love to our human and non-human family, near and far.

Although there is a sweet core group of women who have been flowing in and out of circle, we are always welcoming newbies each month, and there is almost always an open space or two. So join us!

A very watery circle poster to balance out the fiery energy of these current times!

Please join us in a couple weeks for our 8th circle of the year. These meetings have been such a grounding and nourishing ritual. An opportunity to pause, deepen with self, community, the elements; set intentions, offer prayers, celebrate growth and grieve.

Thank you to anyone who has attended a circle, helped to spread the word, or supported the unfolding of this community in one way or another! It has been such an honor to co-create this space with you.

Link in bio to register. DM with any questions.

Big LOVE,
Molly

Tender beech leaves wave like prayer flags in the forest, verdant greens shimmer in the gentle wind. The waters are warming, the soils are teeming with the breath of life and death turning over, and over.

Days grow longer; the external calls for our full attention once again. In honor of this quickening, and the fullness of the summer season here in Maine, I have committed to the next three circle dates!

Women’s circles are an invitation to share what’s on your heart and witness one another in celebration and grief of all that it is to be human in this world. Come as you are and take part in the magic of expression, witness and deep listening.

You can expect to be guided through a brief embodiment practice, followed by introductions, boundary setting and intentions, and finally, group sharing. Circle closes with a collective prayer, a reading or short meditation.

Register through my link in bio and venmo $15-$25 dollars to secure your spot.

This event is 18+, wee babes in arms are always welcome.

In gratitude,
Molly

This morning, a light cover of snow rests on the branches of hemlock and beech lining the trail where I walk with my dog. The earth is soft and wet. The sun is gentle, but present. Last night, the first loons sang.

The earth emerges from a deep winter’s rest. As do we.

What seeds are you watering in the landscape of your own creation as we approach the season of growth and rebirth?

Join us for a special women’s circle honoring Equinox//Ostara on Thursday evening March 20th.

As womb bearers, we are intrinsically connected to the rhythms of the earth body.

Rising tides and waxing moons, the falling of the beech leaves and the emergence of new buds each spring.

These processes are a mirror of the birth/death/rebirth cycles we experience within our bodies, guided by our hormones.

Deepening with the land through a greater awareness of the cyclical patterns of growth and decay builds awareness in our relationship to our own cycles, inviting us to soften, and surrender to the changing seasons of our lives on a daily, weekly, monthly basis and beyond.

Our Equinox circle will explore the theme of Spring as it relates to the follicular phase of the fertility//menstrual cycle, and the greater phases of the planetary system as we move into the season of growing light.

We’ll learn about how to align with the energy of renewal and growth as we move from menstruation to ovulation, and take part in a ritual//reflection that honors both our collective emergence from the fertile dark of Winter, and the planting of our seeds as the sun returns.

As always, there will be time to share what’s on our hearts and minds.

✨Sign up through my link in bio. I hope to see you there!

Attention Mount Desert Island Community!

I have had the great pleasure of supervising an independent study in Ayurvedic Postpartum Care for a College of the Atlantic student over the last several weeks.

Lila is passionate about the womb-bearing continuum and has spent the past two months learning how to support families in the postpartum period.

Her studies have included an Ayurvedic postpartum care course by Ayurvedic Mamas, as well as texts like Heng Ou’s “The First Forty Days” and Kimberly-Ann Johnson’s “The Fourth Trimester.” She has been cooking up some beautiful and nourishing meals, and practicing supportive techniques like belly-binding, abhyanga, and yoni-steaming.

This spring, Lila will take part in COA’s Hatchery Program, which supports students in an entrepreneurial business venture, to explore how this work might evolve as she nears graduation and considers her career.

Lila is currently looking to connect with families on MDI in the postpartum window to gain experience and practice her skills. She would be a valuable resource to any family in need of postpartum support!

Enjoy this photo of Lila’s beautiful beef congee, and see the next slide for her contact info. ✨
