LOVE SETTLMENT DAY! This one was special and “Full CIRCLE” I had listed this house in 2022 for Eboni and William because they were ready to move on. Katherine and Justin got orders from the Coast Guard that they would be stationed in Crisfield and fell in love with the house as soon as I showed it to them. Fast forward to Christmas 2024 and they received new orders that they are being reassigned again and now the needed to sell and called me. At the same time Eboni and William’s daughter, Jiah was starting to think about buying her first home and what could be better then the house she grew up in! I let them know it was coming on the market and I had amazing team members to walk them through the process. Thanks to the awesome work of Andrew Wagner, the loan process was smooth and quick and Lynnette’s Real Estate Hub for amazingly representing the buyer and Sage Title Group for the quick work for settlement - Jiah is now a proud first time home owner!
