Springboard Community Services is a Code Red site — we're open as a cooling center whenever temperatures reach dangerous levels. A Code Red is planned for Thursday, July 2, Friday, July 3, and Saturday, July 4.
Our hours:

🕘 Monday–Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
🕣 Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
🕘 Saturday–Sunday (extreme weather days only): 9:00am – 4:00pm

What is a cooling center? Cooling centers are air-conditioned spaces coordinated by the Office of Emergency Management, the Mayor's Office of Homeless Services, and the Baltimore City Health Department. They offer a safe, cool environment and refreshments for residents ages 14–24 who lack access to air conditioning. Our Youth Resource Center will offer snacks, activities, and other YRC services on-site.
