Baltimore Convention Center

The Baltimore Convention Center was proud to host and serve as a sponsor of the Downtown Partnership of Baltimore’s State of Downtown Breakfast, bringing together leaders from across the region to reflect on the city’s progress and future.
 
Executive Director, Mac Campbell gave welcome remarks and emphasized the importance of continuing to unite as a city in order to drive meaningful progress. Attendees heard from President of Downtown Partnership of Baltimore, Shelonda Stokes, Lieutenant Governor Aruna K. Miller, Senate President Bill Ferguson, and Mayor Brandon M. Scott, who shared insights on Baltimore’s growth in 2025—from infrastructure and economic development to continued reductions in crime.
The event featured a panel of economic development leaders who discussed strategies and best practices that have driven success in other cities and how they can be applied here in Baltimore.
