𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲
Postmodern architecture emerged in the 1960s as a response to modern architecture's rigidity and lack of diversity. In architecture, postmodern characteristics are characterized by a mixture of traditional and contemporary styles used to create unique works of art that are unlike anything that has come before. Some of the most controversial buildings of our time were designed by postmodern architects.

As a result of converting an existing abandoned bowling alley into a banquet hall, we were able to design this beautiful space to accommodate up to 1000 guests. Despite the client's approval, they don't have enough parking for 360 cars, which is required by law. A parking lot adjacent to our client's property is being negotiated with its owner for the purpose of acquiring it.

A non-branded gas station and convenience store must compete with local branded entities and franchises.

𝗢𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲
In the aftermath of being branded, Eagle Gas Station & Convenience Store's sales increased dramatically. Eagle was able to compete with branded gas stations such as Exxon, BP, Sunoco, etc. CiboCaldo Pizza Store has begun to deliver pizzas and offer carryout services from the same location. Known for its unique branding, quality service, and good taste, this CC has gained a lot of popularity. A franchise initiative is currently being planned.
