This whole-home remodel and addition began with a house that was no longer meeting the needs of a growing family. Today, it’s a home with room to live, gather, and grow.

The project included a large addition that nearly doubled the home’s living space across all 3 levels, along with a full remodel and refresh of much of the existing home. We built a new kitchen, a new primary bathroom, a new basement bathroom, a new laundry room, and multiple new bedrooms.

Not every project is about luxury finishes or making a statement. Sometimes it’s about creating a practical home that works better for the people living in it. For this family, that meant more bedrooms, more gathering space, better function, and room for the years ahead.

The result is a home that feels bigger, brighter, and more connected.

We transformed this row home kitchen from dark and dated into a bright and inviting space. We refinished the original hardwood floors to lighten the atmosphere and expanded the cabinetry to add significantly more usable storage.
