Ms. Cash was an arts advocate, an entrepreneur, an artist, and an inspiration. Her love, kindness, and support of teaching artists, artists, and the children of Baltimore city will ring on always.

🏳️‍⚧️ Also known simply as Trans Day of Visibility or Trans Visibility Day, TDOV is celebrated each year on March 31.
🏳️‍⚧️ This occasion honors the accomplishments and resilience of transgender and nonbinary individuals.
🏳️‍⚧️ Created by transgender activist Rachel Crandall-Crocker in 2009, the day serves to increase awareness of the challenges gender-diverse communities face while also celebrating their courage and contributions to society.
🏳️‍⚧️ Despite progress in some areas, transgender individuals continue to face disproportionate levels of violence, unemployment, hostile work environments, homelessness, and healthcare discrimination.
