Meet Christina, our Office Manager!

Christina began her career in the construction field 15 years ago.

She joined the DSM team in 2021 and brought her massive amount of knowledge along with her.

Christina handles much of the behind-the-scenes work that keeps DSM running efficiently. From AIA billing to office supplies, she's got it covered!

As DSM continues to grow we are always looking to add individuals to help expand our team. If you're interested please send us a message. We'd love to set up a time to speak with you!

🙋‍♂️Meet Santo, our Vice-President!

He began working in construction at the age of 16.

Santo graduated from UMBC with a degree in Computer Science. He began working for the Federal Government before realizing that continuing work in the Construction field was his desired path.

In 2004, he and his wife, Debbie, began DSM Contracting!

Today, Santo can be found working on submittals, project bids, and management, or getting his hands dirty at any of DSM's job sites!

Meet Luna! 🐕 She doesn't have just one job title because she's a dog of all trades!

On this particular day she was overseeing a company meeting & making sure that everyone stayed on task!

She can often be found with Christina, our Office Manager (you'll meet her another day), or curled up in her bed taking a quick nap before her next meeting.

Luna only works a part-time schedule but man do we enjoy when she is here!

This is just one of many jobs that DSM Contracting is currently working on! We have the ability to work on various types of construction projects, small and large! DSM has been a proud member of the construction community since 2004 when we started out with just a handful of jobs. Over the years we have continued to grow and expand.
