Mother's Day weekend - The Art of Her Ladies Retreat, May 8th - May 10th. We will leave early Sunday to get back home for Mother's Day. Message me for more details.

Bio Tina Milnes is a certified 500hr Yoga Teacher. She has been sharing this philosophy and practice with others since 2018, upon the completion of her initial 200 hour training through Sampoorna Yoga School (South Goa, India). She later finished her additional 300 hours training with her teacher Sudhir Rishi at the Sthira Yoga School (North Goa, India). She is forever a student to the philosophical texts and most importantly, of herself. Other certifications: Spin, TRX, Pilates, Barre, & other various Yoga adjacent studies. Free time: She loves spending time with her sweet husband, Travis, as well as hiking, traveling, and making jewelry in her spare time. Favorite foods: smoked salmon or steamed crabs. Motivation to be healthy: to enjoy life and have energy to do it!
