Gilman men are making an impact far beyond our campus!

Congratulations to Troy Rohrbaugh ’88, who has recently been named Co-President of JPMorgan Chase, the largest bank in the United States.

While Mr. Rohrbaugh's career has taken him to the highest levels of global finance, he has remained deeply connected to Gilman. Since 2018, he has served on the Board of Trustees and Budget & Finance Committee, and on July 1 will begin a new role as a Vice President. His years of service have also included campaign leadership, reunion committees, and alumni engagement efforts worldwide.

Mr. Rohrbaugh's commitment to excellence, leadership, and service reflects the long-lasting impact of a Gilman education. We are proud to celebrate this remarkable achievement and grateful for the many ways he continues to give back to the Gilman community.

We bid a fond farewell to Ms. Sarah Ross as she embarks on her retirement after 9 years of dedicated service to Gilman.

A counselor, advisor, and educator for decades, Ms. Ross brought a wealth of experience to Gilman, and we are fortunate that she chose to spend the final chapter of her remarkable career here.

As Director of College Counseling, Ms. Ross guided hundreds of students and their families through every stage of the college search and application process, helping each boy find the college that was the right fit for him.

"I became a college counselor because of Ms. Ross. She has changed my life forever, and for the better, and I can only hope to live up to a fraction of who she is," said Angela Wang, a former student of Ms. Ross.

Please join us in thanking Ms. Ross for her dedication, leadership, and lasting impact on the Gilman community. Wishing her all the best in retirement! πŸŽ‰
