lately, life has been asking a lot of me.
when my routines started slipping, I found myself feeling frustrated. the workouts weren’t happening consistently. sleep wasn’t sleep-ing. my mornings weren’t as structured as I wanted them to be. and for a moment, I let those things convince me I was falling behind.
but growth isn’t always found in doing more. sometimes it’s found in releasing the pressure we place on ourselves. this season, i’m choosing peace over performance, rest over guilt, and grace over perfection.
have you been giving yourself permission to slow down lately? share below.
and if you’re on a journey toward more intentional living, save this as a reminder that your worth is never measured by your productivity.
always with love,

one of the most exhausting things that women carry is the feeling that they constantly need to explain themselves to be understood, accepted, or loved.
but constantly over-explaining yourself often comes from the fear of disappointing people or not being liked. The truth is, you do not need a long explanation to justify your boundaries, your decisions, or your “no.”
the right people will respect you without needing convincing.
And sometimes silence is a complete answer.
the moment you stop over-explaining is the moment you stop giving your power away trying to make everyone else comfortable.
what’s something you’ve stopped explaining yourself for as you’ve gotten older?

High blood pressure is called the silent killer for a reason. No symptoms. No warning.
And here’s what many women don’t realize—uncontrolled blood pressure quietly damages your arteries over time, increasing your risk of heart disease, stroke, and kidney issues.
During perimenopause and menopause, declining estrogen can affect how your blood vessels function, making blood pressure harder to regulate.
We track hormones, weight, skincare… but ignore one of the most important numbers for long-term health.
💞When was the last time you checked your blood pressure? This week is a good time to start. Don’t forget to share this with the ones you care about !!!
love,
