AN UPDATE ON OUR TROLLEY TOUR: In line with federal and state guidance to limit the spread of COVID-19, Live Baltimore is converting our previously scheduled Spring Trolley Tour on May 9 into a virtual event now set for May 30.

While we can't greet you in person, we're working hard to bring you an incredible virtual experience! All previously registered participants were notified by email this morning so please check your inboxes if you were previously registered!

What does this mean for you if you haven't registered yet?

1. A New Date: Mark your calendars for May 30, 9 a.m. to noon.

2.To qualify for the $5,000 Buying Into Baltimore incentive for the May 30, 2020 event ONLY, contracts may not be signed prior to the originally scheduled Trolley Tour event date and must be dated between May 9, 2020 and June 12, 2020.

3. Homeownership counseling certificates are temporarily valid for 18 months, although you must still earn your counseling certificate BEFORE making an offer on a home.
