The 10 am worship for the 5th Sunday of Easter (May 3, 2026) was based on Acts 17:16-31 where Paul was visiting Athens and taught them about God. The Rev. Sandra Carlson Alexis preached and officiated.
The deacon was Connor Baucom; the reader was Amy Horst; Sara Alexis was the crucifer; Ryan B. was the communion helper; the ushers were Bruce Parker and Mike Olmstead. The Psalm of the day was Psalm 31:1-5, 16. The songs included “More Precious than Silver,” “Everlasting God,” and “Great is the Lord.” Music for this service was led by our First English Band: Norah Worthington, Eric Stahl, Karen Stahl, and Jane Santoni Smith Stahl and led by Chris Bassett.

The 10 am worship for the Fourth Sunday of Easter (April 26, 2026) is about Paul and Silas in prison but still joyful in Acts 16:16-34. The Rev. Sandra Carlson Alexis preached and officiated.

The deacon was Lara Alexis; the reader was Patti Stude; the crucifer was Zoe Bassett; the ushers were Michael and Michelle Olmstead; the communion helper was Anna Treskon. Psalm 100:1-5 was sung responsively with the choir. We sang “When Our Song Says Peace,” “Leaning on the Everlasting Arms,” and “When in our Music God is Glorified.” The Communion Anthem was “Psalm 23” (Stuart Townend). Our music program is led by our Minister of Music and choirmaster Joann Moorer. The First English Choir included Leah Inger, Dorothy Stalberg, and Norah Worthington. Our guest organist was Rebecca Obniski.
