You can help mothers and their babies by donating to CHF. In Rwanda, we would like to help fund the Women Empowerment Program’s project that tackles neonatal mortality with Bubble CPAP and Kangaroo Mother Care. These methods help babies that are born prematurely or with impaired growth breathe easier and get the skin-to-skin contact they need to grow strong and healthy. Do your part: https://www.givedirect.org/donate/?cid=518

We are excited to continue to support Grampari's ongoing project of reducing child mortality by encouraging hand washing to children in rural schools in India, with the low-cost and simple technology of the Tippy Tap. The Tippy Tap is a hand washing device that can be created out of local materials, such as a water container, a bar of soap and sticks. Projektvorstellung/ Project Description 03/21/2017

This year we are proud to support Enactus Mannheim e.V. on the expansion of their solar project, Sunté. Enactus will provide a stable source of electricity via solar panels to 10 health care centers in Tanzania.

+++see English version below+++

Solution:
The combination of challenge and opportunity.
With our project Sunté, we electrify the health stations with environmentally friendly solar panels. The health stations are now equipped with an independent and reliable light source. Dayovo does not have to treat mothers-to-be in dim light anymore but has a clear sight. In addition, the power produced is used to run a mobile phone charging station. This way, the people who were avoiding the health stations before, are incentivised to attend them regularly and build trust in Dayovo and her co-workers step by step.
