Survivors, experts, and champions shared lived experience and insight, building awareness, connection, and momentum for women’s heart health.

Truth-Telling Time.
You know that session where everything feels too smooth? No tension. No sparks. Everyone nodding like bobbleheads. It looks polished… but it rarely moves anything forward.
That’s workshop theater.
And it creates the lowest return on your investment.
🚩Here’s the real red flag:”Polite participation”
It’s often sold as a sign of success, yet it usually means people are holding back the very insights you’re paying to surface.
Real strategy work asks for something braver: naming what’s not working, untangling competing priorities, and stepping into the discomfort long enough to see what’s actually possible.
That kind of task-focused disagreement doesn’t derail progress, it fuels clarity, creativity, and decision-making.
