I like to make the pretty decorative cakes, but there’s something about a simple classic cake that’s just refreshing at times!

This was another busy week but my friend mentioned wanting a pineapple upside down cake a few weeks back so I had to fit it in and surprise her yesterday! The best compliment I could have gotten was her mom saying there’s no way it was my recipe and it had to be my grandmothers recipe. 🍍🥮
