Assisting one of our subdivision HOA clients today with stormwater pond maintenance! Sediment forbays were full and lots of algae in the summer.

To address the issues ESDA surveyed pond and forbay depths, prepared maintenance plans and cost estimate, coordinated with contractors, and is providing construction oversight. ESDA called in Andrew Der to assist with diagnosing and troubleshooting algae problems in the ponds. ESDA designed the maintenance plan with Andrew Der's recommendations in mind to minimize algae build-up in the future.
