Senate President Bill Ferguson, Delegate Luke Clippinger, Delegate Robbyn Lewis, and Delegate Mark Edelson (Team 46) are proud to have earned the endorsement of 212 46th District community leaders from 33 distinct neighborhoods as they run for re-election.

This groundswell of grassroots support from every corner of the 46th Legislative District highlights the deep relationships that Team 46 has built after years of delivering for Baltimore City and its residents.

From billions of new State dollars secured for Baltimore City Public School students through the Blueprint for Maryland’s Future and the Built to Learn Act to the creation of a new Entertainment District Security Grant program, Team 46's focus on local issues has established trust from community leaders who share their passion for building a better Baltimore.

Those 212 leaders know that experience and a history of advancing transformational policy are critical in this moment of national chaos. Bolstered by this broad-based and immense support from the people who make their work possible, Team 46 will continue prioritizing the issues that matter most to 46th District residents in the upcoming 2026 Legislative Session.

-Advanced the most comprehensive legislative package in decades to bring down rising BGE bills;
-Fought back against the chaos and lawlessness of the Trump Administration;
-Invested hundreds of millions of new State dollars in Baltimore City Public Schools so every child can succeed in a 21st century economy;
-Supported environmental justice by ending State subsidies for trash incineration and advancing the Middle Branch Resiliency Initiative;
-Expanded access to high-quality health and abortion care while reducing the cost of prescription drugs;
-Allocated huge amounts of State resources into improving mass transit and transportation infrastructure in Baltimore City; and
-Made Maryland a more prosperous and affordable State by developing affordable housing and ensuring equitable economic opportunity.

We are proud to be running together as Team46 as we all work towards building a better Baltimore and hope you will support us once again.
