Segall Group Commercial Real Estate

A pair of commercial real estate brokerages have been making moves recently, with a local firm expanding westward and a Maryland firm bolstering its Richmond presence.

Range Commercial Partners, a Henrico-based brokerage that launched in 2023, has opened an office in Charlottesville. The firm is leasing space in the Apex Plaza building, just a few blocks from Charlottesville’s Downtown Mall.

Meanwhile Segall Group, a retail-focused brokerage out of Baltimore, recently moved into a new Richmond office as it enlarges its local headcount.
