Minimum Requirement:
✔️ Six (6) years of experience, including two (2) years in contract management or procurement (soliciting, evaluating, negotiating, and awarding contracts; ensuring compliance with governmental procurement laws, regulations, and conditions) and an additional four (4) years of professional contract management or procurement experience

Preferred Qualifications:
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or related field
🔹 Certification such as CPPB, CPPO, CPSM, or equivalent
🔹 Experience as a procurement officer within a Maryland State agency
🔹 Intermediate experience with FMIS, ADPICS, eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA), Google Suite, and Microsoft Suite
🔹 Familiarity with Maryland procurement regulations, including COMAR Title 21
