Sail250 is coming to Baltimore. Here’s what you need to know to get around. Drivers in Baltimore should expect delays, road closures, and parking restrictions as Sail250 brings thousands of visitors to the city’s waterfront for a weeklong celebration of the country’s history from Wednesday to June 30.
