How to honor your bodywork today:
💧 Hydrate the Tissue: Fascia release moves cellular waste. Drink plenty of mineral-rich water today to flush the system and rehydrate your newly opened tissue pathways.
🔥 Keep the Vessel Warm: Avoid cold baths or ice packs today. In TCM, warmth encourages the continuous, smooth flow of Qi and circulation to the areas we just opened.
🧘🏾‍♀️ Soft Movement Only: Your body is settling into a new alignment. Skip the heavy workouts for the next 24 hours and opt for gentle stretching or a slow walk instead.

Every Second Friday of the month, we host a profound trilogy of restoration at The Well. Join us for an immersive Yoga, Acupuncture, and Sound Bath journey designed to move your system out of mid-month survival mode and into absolute safety.
The Architecture of the Event:
✨ Yoga: We begin with gentle, somatic movement to open the physical vessel and unravel the “armor” stored in the muscles.
📍 Acupuncture: Once the body is open, targeted needles clear blockages along your meridians, allowing your internal current to flow without obstruction.

After a Reiki or Womb Healing session, your energetic architecture has been restructured.
You have cleared the stagnant and made room for the sacred. This is a delicate window of “unbecoming,” where your body is learning to carry its new, lighter frequency.
Your Post-Ritual Ritual:
• Hydrate the Vessel: Energy work moves more than just spirit; it moves physiology. Drink mineral-rich water to help the body flush what has been released.
