If you’ve had your life blessed by Heather in any way (and if you’ve ever met her, you have!!), you know that she is an amazing and selfless person, always looking for a way to pour love into the community around her. Now, we are hoping to rally behind our wonderful friend and return some of the support she’s shown us all to help her through a hard time.

In order to receive an essential health related treatment, Heather needs to take a medical leave from work for several weeks and will be without income. While insurance will cover the treatment itself, we are hoping to help alleviate some of this financial burden.

Things such as mortgage payments, BGE, insurance, etc won’t wait for anybody and we really need to raise a months worth of funds so she can get what she needs taken care of, medically, and come back home and not be months behind on bills. We all know how expensive it is to live, it almost feels impossible at times to get ahead, let alone trying to make double or triple payments to play catch up.

If you know Heather, she’s likely helped you at some point with something animal related or has been there for you, let’s do the same for her.

Poppy & Ivy are still here!!

Poppy and Ivy just came into our rescue and we would love to see them find a forever family! Ivy loves snuggles and Poppy is more active. They are both used to being handled and are loving having lots of veggies and fleece blankets.

Meet Kira!

This girl can be very independent but also LOVES attention. She is a purr bucket who enjoys belly rubs.

Kira is a young cat (2ish) who has already had at least 2 litters of kittens. She will be spayed, vaccinated and combo tested prior to adoption
