🌟 DAY 10 of THE HOLIDAYS is here!! 🌟

Two of our best friends are incredible people, but they're also really amazing artists - jewelry designers, specifically. and Erik started here in Baltimore County about a decade ago and their pieces can be found all over the world. Everyday, I wear at least two pieces from Lotus, but probably more. They're perfect gifts too! I've gifted their jewelry to my mom, my sister, friends, teachers. You name it.

🌟 DAY 7 of THE HOLIDAYS is here!! 🌟

I’m a “sometime” runner and a sometime-wannabe-long-distance-runner, but am terrible at it. But every few months I get the urge to run and think I can sign up for a 1/2. It usually doesn’t go anywhere. 🏃🏼‍♀️

When I do think I’m a kinda runner, I always go to for all the gear. This time of year is when I usually start running because I’d rather run in the cold than in the summer. Crazy, I know. Winter ❄️running does require you to think a little more about what you wear and making sure you stay warm. A beanie is a good option to help keep the heat in. So today, you could win this beanie! 🌟 DAY 5 of THE HOLIDAYS is here!! 🌟

It's no surprise, Riley plays A LOT of ⚽️ and we spend A LOT of time in Forest Hill. We've trained at many different places and if you're looking for actual soccer training that focuses on true development, you have to check out The Soccer Factory with .clarke and . There may be other training facilities out there, but you aren't going to find a better place. Fundamentals are the key here and it works. Riley is such a better player because of SF and I know your son or daughter will be too.

🌟 DAY 3 of THE HOLIDAYS is here!! 🌟

I remember the day I found out I was having a 👧. I actually asked "Are you sure?" because I was convinced we would have a boy. I was terrified that one day she would wake up as a tween or teen and tell me she hated me. Maybe she still will, but right now, having a daughter is so much fun. One of the things she really loves now is shopping and it's one of our favorite things to do.

We were both so excited to see open in Greenspring Station just a couple of months ago! R might be a year or so too young to really shop for clothes there, but she's in love with all of the accessories. At least once a week she asks to go and I have a hard time saying no. Oh well! If you have a teen who's looking for a place to buy all the cool clothes, Girl Hero is your place.

🌟DAY 2 of THE HOLIDAYS is here!! 🌟

Growing up I was a competitive 🎾 player and loved everything about it.  And then like most of us, you go off to college and having fun is more of a priority than playing sports, so I stopped playing.  Then life got in the way and before I knew it, it had been years (and I mean maybe even decades) without really playing.  But every time the French Open or Wimbledon came on, I'd watch endlessly.  

Earlier this year I decided that I needed to start doing something for myself and getting back into tennis was it.  😁 I started going to Bare Hills and for clinics and before too long it wasn't uncommon for me to play 2, 3, or 4 times a week.  If I could play everyday, I would.  It's been such a great way to get back into it and meet more people.  The pros at Coppermine are great and they make it all so much fun.  I would HIGHLY recommend you check it out - even if you've never played.
