Welcome Coach Chris and Coach Elana! 🎉

These two are no strangers to our community and we could not be more excited to have them officially on the team.

Coach Chris is gonna be taken on the evenings! He runs 1-on-1 sessions Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings starting at 4:30 PM and will be leading group classes Monday and Thursday nights at 6 PM.

Coach Elana is in the gym Tues/Wed/Thurs between 11-2PM for 1-on-1 personal training. Morning people, she’s ready for you!
