Before 233, after 170.
One of my most accomplished clients, Sue Wright, has lost 63 pounds and is now 64 years old. When I tell you that she has come a long way, the words do not do justice to her remarkable journey. Sue enters the gym with a singular focus: to complete her workout, regardless of the challenges she faces. She excels in box jumps, squats on the half wall, and running 2+ miles. Her determination and perseverance are truly inspiring.
